1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Dreamin, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If under legal adult age in your region, guardian consent is required.

3. Service Description

Dreamin provides dream journaling, AI analysis, AI image/video generation, statistics and deep insights.

4. Account and Access Model

Dreamin supports anonymous device usage and optional registered accounts. Users are responsible for device/account security and lawful usage.

5. Subscriptions, Coins and Billing

Dreamin offers free access, renewable subscriptions, and consumable coin packs. Billing and refunds are managed by Apple/Google policies. Restore Purchases is available in-app.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not abuse rate limits, upload illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse AI capabilities.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their dream content. Dreamin retains ownership of app software, brand and product assets.

8. Third-Party Services

Dreamin integrates with OpenAI, fal.ai, Supabase and Adapty. Availability and terms of these services may vary.

9. Disclaimer

AI outputs are for self-reflection and entertainment, not medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

10. Termination and Data Deletion

Registered users can delete account data. Anonymous users can reset device data while preserving active billing state where supported. Dreamin may suspend abusive or unlawful usage.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory local consumer protections.

12. Changes

Dreamin may update terms and will notify users of material changes.
